Thoughts go into the mind (atmosphere) of a pregnant woman, the ideas form and transmits neurally to the baby. The woman physically produces a child who brings energy to those ideas manifesting them into a realty or physical form. The woman holds the knowledge of the secrets of the universe in her womb.

When the mother is cared for and treated with respect, no matter what her age is, the offspring she brings into the world feels loved and is healther.

When the mother, no matter what her age is, is alone, mistreated, has guilt, and no self-respect, she produces offspring who are at high risk for low self-esteem and lack of self confidence.

If these children grow up without proper guidance and love, they may make poor choices in life or cause chaos that ultimately effects the world we live in.

A good father will bring to his children the essentials of life. He will inspire his children to dedicate themselves to bring goodness, freedom, justice, equality, and joy to the family, community, nation, and the world.

A father is an example of constant labor. He teaches his children that work and labor are sacred. And that each is necessary to maintain health, prosperity, sanity, and achievements. Fathers who demonstrate characteristics of ideleness, inertia, or apathy, are not role models for good behavior.

Father teaches his children how to be independent and to stand up on their feet. He should not do this by being an authoritarian, but by introducing ideas into the minds of his children and being open himself to new ideas. A father will bring to his children lives:

A father is so important to a child. If a child believes that his or her father can do great things, he or she believes they are able to do great things as well. Fathers should not be belittled in front of any of his children. No child should think of his or her father as a coward or one who does sneaky things. Because a child sees his or her father within themselves. Thinking of their father in a negative way will hurt the child's desire and way in which they strive to learn and to grow. Children should not be taught about their father's failures or shortcomings.

The presence of a father (whether he's living in the home or not) builds the mental nature of his children. A father's presence makes a child feel complete. When father strives regularly and is full of courage, he produces this in his children who will become achievers. Father's example of his own will power makes his children have to become courageous themselves. A child will strive to climb towards greater achievements when they know they have the inspiration and support of their fathers.

The conversations a father has with his children will help to develop each child's mental nature. Children watch their fathers. They watch how father think and acts. Children watch how their father handles the problems that may come up. Father's example inspires children to build their nature according to his pattern. Father's wisdom should build a high standard for his children, while at the same time the standard is flexible allowing for growth and expansion of each child's individual personality.

Fathers can help their children to have a balanced view point regarding life. Discuss with your children how wise people handle negative conditions. Read books and tell stories about historical events of how men and women who survived hardships and difficulties achieved great heights and did great things for the world inspite their conditions.

There are negative characteristics created in children that do not have the presence of a positive role model in their fathers. Or who are allowed to hear negative talk regarding their fathers in their early developmental yars. These are demonstrated in the youth as:

FACTORS THAT COMPROMISE THE HEALTH OF THE BABY

[] 1. High or severe emotional stress.

[] 2. Severe morning sickness: loss of nutrients or reduced intake of adequate foods.

[] 3. Previous pregnancy within a year: Lowered stores of Iron and the nutrients in the mother's body.

[] 4. Mother who is unhappy or resentful at her altering shape during pregnancy.

[] 5. Ambivalent attitude towards the baby: Lower motivation to maintain a high level diet.

[] 6. Poverty: Not able to afford the proper nutrients.

[] 7. Working: Fatigued mother neglecting nutrition.

[] 8. Frequent eating out: High-calorie, low-fat, low-nutrition foods.

[] 9. Vegetarian diets not carefully planned: Low in Protein and Vitamin B12.

[]15. Mother's use of alcohol: Inadequate nutrition for the mother and decreased ability of the baby to use nutrients.

Food supplements along with good nutritional advice, and a change in life-style may tend to reverse any ill effects of poor nutrition and result in lower incidences of serious newborn problems. The type and severity and the reversibility of damage caused by poor nutrition and/or use of chemical substances depends upon the stage at which it occured in the baby's development.

Create a sanctuary for mother to have peace of mind in so that she can co-create a child with a determined will to be productive in building up our communities.  Fill this sanctuary with books from "Our-Stories" about the great leaders of our past.  Mother and father are encouraged to have conversations about the father's vision & mission for their family.  Then as mother focuses on the child who resides in the laboratory of her womb, she combines both of their desires to produce a child of their dreams.
