This workchop is focused on the potential mother and father's relationship & the effects on the potential life of a child. Focus is on improving communication, establishing a stronger relationship and bond based on understanding the uniqueness of each other's talents and personal goals before producing a child. The importance of establishing a mission statement for envisioning the type of family, based on the combined destinies of the potential parent and the agreements made. How a child's developments are formed by the emotions and foods of mother and father.

Increase confidence and self-efficacy for managing one’s anger and resolving potential conflicts. Focus is on building character by utilizing universal principles of MAAT. Nutritional awareness, the effects of anger and substance abuse on health are identified. Acknowledging the past greatness from "Our-Stories" and ones life purpose. Emphasis is placed on a Self-Efficacy Behavioral Change Model to identify one's character strengths, and exploring opportunities on how to live one's Life Purpose making healthier choices. Meditation and stress management exercises are introduced.

Teen Abstinence Workshop: Lifting Integrity, Vision, & Esteem Of Self Abstinence Based Curriculum. Reviewing ones level of awareness and self-efficacy for preventing pregnancy, STD, & HIV. Reproductive health: sexual myths & misconceptions regarding female and male bodies. Identifying no-risk, low-risk, & high risk behaviors that influence decision-making in young women & young men. Building character: Discipline, Respect, Honesty, and Integrity. Discussing the value of self, commitment in relationships & reasons for marriage. Nutritional awareness, along with meditation and stress management exercises are introduced.
Utilizes some material from CDC approved Abstinence, Substance Abuse & STD/HIV prevention models: "Reasonable Reasons To Wait, The Keys To Character", "Be Proud, Be Responsible", "Here's Looking At You" Drug Education Substance Abuse Program.

In an atmosphere of peace, identify the origins of stresses that impeded personal & universal growth. Learn healthy solutions & techniques addressing personal needs. In a group setting learn to understand the effects of mathematical vibrations in everyday surroundings. Experience the healing affect of aromatherapy, sound & music-therapy, guided overtone meditation, colors and body movement through rhythmic breathing and positive affirmations.
Helps one to understand the Core Vibrations in their chart as well as the Major Cycles: 28 year cycle, 9 year cycle, Essence Numbers & Letters, Master & Karmic Vibrations. A Vibrational Energy Chart is required for this class.

Mothers are provided with a manual for home study. Each session also involves the use of aromatherapy, music-therapy, and color-therapy for stress management.
[A] PRE-CONCEPTION COUNSELING:
Establishing a foundation of love. Studying historical figures and their impact on civilizations: Women as well as men. Identifying natural talents and how to live one's destiny. Understanding the moon and the sacredness of the mind/body womb. Exploring the appropriate reasons for conceiving a child and attitudes regarding relationships & parenting. Understanding responsibilities before conceiving a child. Outlining a plan to research and document doctors, midwifery, and hospital fees. Discuss decisions regarding birthing environment, and options regarding stay-at-home parenting vs professional childcare. How to prepare wholistically the proper environment: mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically before conceiving a baby. Discussions involve low risk and high risk parenting skills in order to prevent abuse.

A guidance for mothers and fathers, designed for those who have internet access, are not living in the Metro Atlanta, GA area, or who are unable to attend a class and are still interested in receiving pre-natal and pre-birth parenting educational assignments.
This course recognizes the different roles played by the mother and the father and the value of both in socializing responsible children. Focus is on learning how mother and father could improve upon communication, establishing a stronger relationship and bond based on understanding the uniqueness of each other's talents and personal goals. The importance of establishing a mission statement for maintaining a healthy family, based on the combined destiny of the mother and father. The baby's life in the womb and stages of baby's development are acknowledged and addressed. Mothers and fathers learn about techniques in choosing names for a baby and how a name helps to improve upon a child's skills through acknowledging each child's potential natural talents given on the date of birth. Discussion also involves how to prepare mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically for the art of breastfeeding.

[C] NUTRITIONAL, EMOTIONAL, & PHYSICAL NEEDS:
For Expectant Mothers Only
Stress management during pregnancy. Identifying causes and prevention of possible risks and complications associated with mother and baby. Improving prenatal care through self-empowerment, healthy nutritional awareness of eating habits for the family and support during pregnancy. Learn how to interview a doctor or a midwife, what questions to ask, and what to expect at a prenatal visit, in order to be provided with the personal care you are seeking. Understand the terminology and standard tests used to determine a healthy pregnancy by health officials. Discussions include personal weekly evaluations of the progress of pregnancy in order to help individuals identify one's own health or unhealthy condition of pregnancy, untreated dis-ease, or stressful environment that can effect mother and baby. Topics are: Guarding the mind in order “mark or imprint” certain values and principles; daily exercises in preparation for childbirth; “innerstanding” the spiritual union of “in-to-me-see” (intimacy) and effects on pregnancy and childbirth, acknowledging the anxieties and joys of pregnancy.

[D] EMPOWERED & PREPARED LABOR & NATURAL CHILDBIRTH:
For Expectant Mothers & Their Labor Support (this includes the father, and/or friends of laboring mother)
Nutrition, and stress management review. Environment and thoughts regarding pregnancy. Emotions and the mind/body womb. Realization of the connection of ideas and behavior that births the world we live in.
Exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques. Learn about the traditional uses of aromatherapy, meditation, music-therapy and massage therapy for labor. Learn about the roles and different types of care to expect from health professionals that look after the pregnant and laboring mother: Doctors, midwives, nurses, and Doulas. Manual includes a list of things needed to prepare for a hospital or homebirth as well as needed things for a baby.
Postpartum depression:
How to avoid it. What contributes to it. Determining the type of necessary support mother requires during the 6 week recovery period, and how to avoid postpartum depression, known as the "baby blues".
Learn about how baby is effected by labor and the environment immediately after the birth for the rest of their lives.
